1. What GROW Is
GROW by iViRTH ("GROW", "we", "us") operates https://grow.ivirth.in, a platform for submitting reservation requests for managed micro-farm plots, virtual farmland licenses, fresh produce pre-orders, and bulk/CSR/institutional farming inquiries in and around Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Reservation Requests, Not Binding Contracts
Submitting a form on this site is a request to reserve — it is not an order confirmation, a purchase, or a binding contract. No payment is collected through the website. A reservation becomes confirmed only when our team contacts you, verifies availability, and you agree on final pricing and payment separately (by bank transfer, UPI, or another method we specify).
3. Pricing
Prices shown on the site (plot sizes, per-sq.ft land rates, produce items, add-ons) are current at time of display and used to compute the estimated total on your reservation form. Bulk/CSR estimates are reference-only and always quote-based. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice; the price confirmed by our team at the time of booking is the price that applies.
4. No Accounts
This platform does not use user accounts, logins, or passwords. Each reservation is tracked independently by a unique reference number. Keep your reference number safe — we cannot look up a request without it or without your contact details.
5. Eligibility & Accuracy
You confirm the details you submit (name, phone, email, address, land preferences) are accurate. We rely on this information to contact you and fulfil your request; incorrect details may delay or prevent confirmation.
6. Government Schemes
References to PMFBY, PMKSY, PM-KISAN, e-NAM or similar government schemes are informational. Eligibility, subsidy amounts and enrollment are determined by the respective government body, not by GROW, and are subject to those schemes' own terms and availability.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms once a booking deposit or payment has been made.
8. Limitation of Liability
Farming outcomes (yield, weather, market prices) carry inherent agricultural risk. ROI figures shown on the calculator are illustrative projections based on average market/MSP data, not guarantees. GROW is not liable for losses arising from crop failure, weather events, or market price fluctuations beyond our control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your reservation applies to that request.
