Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Farmer

To cancel a reservation, contact us at hello@grow.ivirth.in or via WhatsApp with your reservation number. Cancellation dates are counted from the date GROW receives and acknowledges your request.

2. Crop Failure or Farm Disruption

If a significant crop failure occurs due to factors within GROW's reasonable control (e.g., management error, equipment failure), we will:

  • Replant at no extra cost if time permits within the season, or
  • Offer a partial credit (up to 50%) towards the following season.

Crop losses due to extreme weather, flooding, drought, pests, or other force majeure events are not eligible for refunds. GROW will communicate these situations transparently and work with affected farmers on a case-by-case basis.

3. Add-on Refunds

Home Delivery (₹500) and Premium Crops (₹1,000) add-ons follow the same cancellation timeline as the main reservation. If delivery was not provided due to GROW's error, the delivery fee will be refunded in full.

4. GROW Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed on GROW Marketplace are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

  • Produce delivered is significantly different from what was listed.
  • Produce is spoiled or damaged upon delivery due to our handling.
  • Order was not delivered.

Refund/replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount. GROW Wallet credits are processed within 24 hours.
