1. No Accounts, Minimal Data
GROW by iViRTH does not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind. There is no dashboard and we do not track a persistent user profile across visits. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily type into a reservation form.
2. What We Collect
When you submit a reservation form (Managed Plot, Virtual Land, Fresh Produce, or Bulk/CSR Inquiry) we store:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- City/address, where relevant to delivery or land location
- The specific selections you made (plot size, farming type, sq.ft, items ordered, budget range, etc.)
- Any notes or promo code you enter
- A system-generated reservation reference number and timestamp
3. How We Use It
Your information is used solely to process your reservation request: to contact you, confirm availability and pricing, arrange payment, and fulfil deliveries or plot allocation. We send one confirmation email to the address you provide and may notify our internal team of the new request.
4. Storage & Security
Reservation data is stored in a MySQL database on our hosting infrastructure, protected by parameterized queries and standard server access controls. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal, session-only cookie strictly to protect reservation forms from cross-site submission (CSRF protection). It contains no tracking identifier and is not used for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or ad-tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any reservation data you've submitted by contacting us at grow@ivirth.in along with your reservation reference number.
