GROW ("we", "our", "us"), a product of ArthAxis × iViRTH, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at grow.ivirth.in.

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, city, and delivery address when you register or place an order.
• Payment information: Transaction IDs and payment status. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Farm preferences: Plot size, farming type, crop preferences, and harvest options you provide.
• OAuth data: If you sign in via Helix SSO or Google, we receive your name, email, profile picture, and relevant account identifiers as permitted by those services.
• Usage data: Log files, device type, browser, and pages visited for security and platform improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your plot reservation and seasonal subscription
• To coordinate planting, management, and harvest delivery
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send harvest updates, season reminders, and important account notifications via WhatsApp/email
• To operate the GROW Marketplace and process seller payouts
• To manage referral rewards and GROW Coins
• To improve our platform, detect fraud, and ensure security
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing.
• iViRTH / Helix: For SSO authentication (iViRTH is our parent organisation).
• Delivery partners: Name and address shared only for home delivery orders.
• Legal authorities: When required by applicable Indian law or court order.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), parameterised database queries, CSRF protection, and secure httpOnly session cookies. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Correct inaccurate personal data via your Profile page
• Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
